How It Started
From NYC Streets to South Beach
Nick's Pizza South Beach was born from a simple dream: to bring the authentic taste of New York City pizza to the sun-soaked streets of Miami Beach. Growing up in Brooklyn, our founder Nick learned the art of pizza-making from his Italian grandmother, who believed that great pizza was about more than just ingredients—it was about heart, tradition, and sharing.
When Nick moved to Miami, he noticed something missing: that perfect, foldable slice with the crispy crust, tangy sauce, and stretchy mozzarella that defined his childhood. So in 2018, he opened Nick's Pizza just steps from the beach, determined to give locals and visitors alike a true taste of the Big Apple.
Today, we're proud to serve what many call "Miami's Biggest Slice"—oversized portions that stay true to our New York roots while embracing the vibrant energy of South Beach. Every slice is made with the same love and dedication that started in a Brooklyn kitchen decades ago.
